Service Description

All Levels This is an all levels aerial yoga class that is perfect for anyone new to aerial. It begins with a warm-up and moves into stretching the entire body with aid of the silk and ends in either a floating or grounded savasana (Sometimes with sound bowls and guided meditation) Inversions do occur in this class, if you have issues with these, please let the instructor know so they can have alternate poses for you. No experience required
